Your tasks with us

  • Check in and check out of hotel guests

  • Information transfer and individual care of the guests

  • Accounts receivable processing and control

  • answering phone

  • Reservation acceptance and processing in the hotel program / restaurant program

  • as well as all common reception work

 

your profile

  • Completed vocational training in the hotel industry or experience in the hotel industry

  • Confident demeanor and positive attitude

  • Interest in personal development

  • Very good German, any foreign language is an advantage

  • Guest-oriented thinking, quality awareness and trustworthiness

  • Passion for guest care / communication
